With five courts and 15 open hours a day it rarely runs out of capacity — 65 to 75 slots were still free on every date sampled.

Equipment and facilities

The reception counter carries a lit display wall of hire rackets, and a reviewer's complaint that the hire frames are tired is the clearest evidence that they are in regular use — so rackets are available, but bring your own if you have one. Beyond that: air-conditioned bathrooms which reviewers rate well, a drinks and snack counter, changing rooms, showers, vending, Wi-Fi, spectator areas, and car and motorbike parking.
