T3 Sports & Lifestyle calls itself "your designated third space": a stacked indoor racquet club on Jl. Tirtayasa Raya in Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, a short hop from Blok M and Senopati. Padel takes the first two floors and pickleball the third, with a café and lounge tables set right beside the glass so friends can watch the rallies.

The courts

There are five indoor padel courts, laid with red turf and lit for evening play: courts 1A and 1B on Level 1, and 2A, 2B and 2C on Level 2. Sessions are booked by the hour through AYO, from IDR 150,000.

Good to know

Covered sports shoes are mandatory, only padel rackets and balls are allowed on the padel courts, and no more than eight people may be inside a court at once. The building is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area. T3 suits players in Kebayoran Baru, Blok M, Senopati and the wider South Jakarta area who want to pair a game with a proper recovery session.
