Royal Padel Club Bandung

Royal Padel Club Bandung is a new four-court indoor club on Jl. Dr. Djunjunan — the Pasteur corridor — at No. 157, a few minutes from the Pasteur toll exit. The courts are named Avalon, Balmoral, Clifford and Dover, and all four sit inside a single steel-truss hall clad in translucent polycarbonate, so the playing area is daylit but fully enclosed.

The courts

Four panoramic courts on premium synthetic grass, laid blue with white lines, with framed toughened glass on the back and flank panels and black weld-mesh above. The net posts carry Premier Padel covers and the net band is printed with the club's own R. monogram. AYO records all four as indoor, and the venue's own photographs agree: the hall has a solid deck roof on steel trusses with a glazed and polycarbonate envelope, and there is no opening at court level.

Booking and rates

Court time is sold by the hour through AYO Indonesia. The standard rate is Rp 300,000 an hour, with a cheaper Rp 260,000 midday band from 11:00 to 14:00. There is no membership scheme on the venue's AYO record, so play is pay-per-play. Bookings across mid-September weekdays show evening and morning slots going court by court, which is the pattern of ordinary session demand rather than a blanket hold.

Opening status

The club is newly open and has not yet accumulated any ratings or written reviews on AYO. Its per-court card photographs were taken during the fit-out and still show floor sheeting and scaffolding in the surrounding bays; the gallery photographs used here are the later set and show the finished courts in play condition. Expect some of the wider building to still be settling in.

Not to be confused with

La Familia Bandung also sits on Jl. Dr. Djunjunan, in Sukawarna, and also runs four indoor courts. They are separate clubs in separate buildings: La Familia is a cream-and-dark-green brand in a grey corrugated gable shed with timber-framed courts, while Royal Padel Club Bandung is a black steel and polycarbonate box with blue courts. Royal Padel in Central Jakarta is a different operator again.
