Rally Social Club occupies a purpose-built pavilion in the Perumahan Grand Eastern estate at Keputih, in Surabaya's Sukolilo district — close to the ITS campus and the eastern lakes. The building is unmistakable: a long, steeply pitched dark-clad hall with the club's script wordmark mounted on the gable. Inside, five padel courts run end to end under the roof, laid with synthetic turf and enclosed in full-height glass. The hall's sides are largely open, so it plays as a covered, naturally ventilated space rather than a sealed box; players and reviewers describe it as semi-outdoor, and courts facing the sun can be bright in the middle of the day.
The "social club" framing is not decoration. Timber decking runs between the courts, planters and festoon lighting soften the industrial frame, and there is lounge seating where groups gather between matches. A mahjong table is bookable alongside the courts, which tells you how the venue expects to be used — long evenings rather than a quick hit and run. Reviewers single out the lake view and the atmosphere after dark, when the court floodlights and the strip lighting under the glass come on.
Facilities include a café and restaurant, snacks and drinks, hot showers, a musholla and car parking. Doors open early — from 05:00 — and the club is a fully pay-as-you-go operation with no membership tier. Padel courts price at a flat Rp 198,800 per hour across all five, which puts Rally at the premium end of the Surabaya market; the finish and the setting are priced accordingly.
