Pluit Padel Parq

Pluit Padel Parq occupies a purpose-built hall on Jl. Pluit Barat Raya in Penjaringan, behind the Pertamina filling station and beside Pluit Village. With eight courts it is the largest padel floor in North Jakarta.

Built and not yet built

This listing describes a partially completed site, and it is worth being direct about that. The operator's own construction notice splits the project in two. Phase 1 — open and trading now: the eight padel courts, the restaurant, the Hong Tang outlet and the restrooms, all at grounds level and Pavilion Level 1. Phase 2 — not yet open: two tennis courts, a recovery centre, a racquet simulator, a proshop, a yoga studio and a rooftop bar, spread across Pavilion Levels 1 to 3. Some promotional material for the venue shows a computer-generated night render of the finished multi-level pavilion; that building does not exist yet. What exists, and what you can book today, is the padel hall.

The courts

Eight courts named 1-Teak, 2-Palm, 3-Moss, C-Center, 5-Leaf, 6-Wood, 7-Pine and 8-Fern, all logged indoor and laid on premium international-standard turf. They alternate green and terracotta down a central concourse, enclosed in rust-toned steel mesh and glass, with ceiling fans and clerestory glazing overhead. A separate court-layout plan shows the two Phase 2 tennis courts sitting at the far end of the same footprint.

Rates and demand

Court hire is banded at a modal Rp 225,000 per hour across three sampled weekdays, rising through Rp 350,000 to Rp 425,000 at peak. The club holds a 4.91 rating from 104 reviews on Ayo Indonesia and showed 80 to 106 open slots per sampled weekday — heavy live inventory, as you would expect from eight courts.
