Metro Padel Margomulyo sits on Jl. Margomulyo No. 7, on the arterial route linking Tandes and Surabaya's western industrial belt — a part of the city that had almost no padel until this venue opened. The club runs three full-size courts inside a high steel-framed hall, each named for its surface colour: Terracota, Blue and Green. All three are laid with artificial grass and registered as indoor courts, so play carries on through Surabaya's afternoon heat and wet-season downpours alike.
The three courts are sized for small and medium tournament formats, and the venue's defining feature is an upper-deck tribune that runs the length of the hall — a genuine viewing gallery rather than a couple of benches wedged behind the glass. Sessions can be recorded on video, which makes the venue a practical choice for club ladders, match analysis and social leagues. There is an air-conditioned VIP lounge and a private shower for players who want to head straight out afterwards.
On-site facilities include a café and restaurant, snacks and drinks for sale, hot showers, a musholla, changing rooms, Wi-Fi, a pro shop and free car parking. Courts are open 06:00–22:00 daily and are booked slot by slot — there is no membership scheme, so casual players and regulars pay the same published hourly rate. Off-peak hours price at Rp 85,000 per hour, rising to Rp 125,000 in the busiest evening blocks.
