CGD Airdome brought a format new to Bandung when it opened to the public on 1 May 2026: rather than a steel-framed hall, its courts sit inside an air-supported dome in Cigadung, off Jl. Cipaheut Kidul in Cibeunying Kaler. The structure is fully enclosed and air-conditioned, which makes it one of the very few Bandung venues where an afternoon downpour or the midday heat has no bearing on whether you play. The club bills itself as the first airdome padel court in the city.
The dome houses three padel courts, glass-walled and floodlit, under the curved membrane roof. Because the envelope is sealed and cooled, conditions are the same at midday as they are at night, and there is no wind to read — a meaningful difference from the open-sided halls that make up most of Bandung's supply. Lighting is pole-mounted along the court sides rather than hung from a truss, since there is no rigid roof structure to hang it from.
No coaching programme is advertised by the venue. What CGD Airdome does have is an unusually deep community: its Reclub club has gathered 412 members and run 130 activities, and open trial sessions and upper-beginner mixed-gender meets are posted there on a regular cycle, typically at 45,000-50,000 rupiah a head.
Courts are bookable through Courtside. The club is on Instagram as @cgdairdome.
