BBS Padel Sunter

BBS Padel is a neighbourhood operation on Jl. Sunter Jaya I in Sunter Jaya, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. It runs long hours — courts are bookable from 07:00 through to 23:00 — and it is built vertically, with one of the three courts sitting on the third floor.

Courts and simulators

There are three full padel courts: Court 1, Court 2 and Court 3 (the third-floor court). All three are glass-walled, laid on what the operator describes as premium turf, and logged indoor. The club also sells three Simulator Padel bays, and these are worth being explicit about — they are practice lanes filed under the same sport on the booking platform, and they are not courts. The three glass courts described above are the real 20x10 m playing surfaces; the simulator bays are additional practice inventory alongside them, not a substitute.

Kit and house rules

Rackets are available for hire at the desk and balls are sold there too, so a walk-up booking works. Dogs on a leash are permitted.

Court hire is banded at a modal Rp 150,000 per hour sampled across three weekdays, with a Rp 200,000 peak band. The club carries a 4.75 rating from 42 reviews on Ayo Indonesia. Combined court and simulator availability ran 92 to 96 slots per sampled weekday — the long opening hours plus six bookable bays make this one of the easiest venues in North Jakarta to get into at short notice.
